question grannywinkie : What are you thoughts of suicide sleep deprivation Anxiety, paranoia, cognitive problems are all symptoms of depression, caused by two hours of sleep for years and years. Christians do not want to kill, but need answers on how the symptoms that come with managing just two hours sleep, when one night. Many nights I slept for half an hour before, and the same thing. Two hours is my normal sleep. Do not go there. I have to do any type of doctor and hypnosis, and what else but sleep will not be easy.
