When we think of hypnosis most of us tend to think about how we can benefit from it in the ways that would suit us best. For most that means losing weight, quitting smoking, getting a raise- you get the idea. I really can’t understand individuals who think that they can lose fat with diets & pills. I mean, come on!!! Its not rocket science now, is it? Intake less calories than you burn and you will probably lose fat – yes, its that simple!!!
